Dear Valued Patients:In light of the public Corona Virus outbreak we have changed our office hours. We see patients by appointment only. Walk-Ins are not permitted.
We are available to take your calls M-F 10:00AM-05:30PM. We will be following the CDC's "Interim Guidance For Businesses and Employers Responding to Coronavirus Disease 2019" which can be found here. It is important that you inform us prior to your scheduled appointment to inform us of the following: -If you have traveled internationally within the last 30 days. -Currently have a fever, cough or shortness of breath. -If you have been exposed to anyone who has or may have Covid-19. When visiting our office we request you wear a face mask and please bring no more than one person with you if required. If you are having a medical emergency please call 911 or go to your closest hospital for immediate care.If you wish to speak to a member of our staff during closed times please click on “Contact Us”and we will respond to you quickly as possible during normal business hours.
